How long does the delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days for shipping within Switzerland. Please make sure your address details are correct, as parcels cannot be redirected once they’ve been dispatched.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, I can arrange international delivery. Just get in touch via the contact form, and I’ll provide you with a shipping quote and an estimated delivery time based on your location.
How do you handle returns and refunds?
I believe you will be very satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you received, contact me immediately and I will gladly refund you or replace it once you have sent it back in original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If your purchased item has been damaged during transport, please take some photos and contact me immediately and I will sort out the problem.

How are prices, payments, and shipping costs handled?
Prices on the website are listed in CHF (Swiss francs) and do not include shipping. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout when you select your items—I keep them as low as possible, just enough to cover my costs. Alternatively, you’re welcome to pick up your order at the shop. Once your order is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
