Shipping costs are displayed at checkout when you select your items—I keep them as low as possible, just enough to cover my costs. Alternatively, you’re welcome to pick up your order at the shop. 
Processing may take 1-3 working days at the most.Please make sure your address details are correct, as parcels cannot be redirected once they’ve been dispatched.

You can also collect your purchase directly at my studio in Attalens.

Yes, I can arrange international delivery. Just get in touch via the contact form, and I’ll provide you with a shipping quote and an estimated delivery time based on your location.

I believe you will be very satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you received, contact me immediately and I will gladly refund you or replace it once you have sent it back in original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.If your purchased item has been damaged during transport, please take some photos and contact me immediately and I will sort out the problem.

Prices on the website are shown in CHF (swiss francs) excluding shipping costs. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted. I use Stripe for processing my payments.
